CEREC CAD/CAM technology is used to design and manufacture
all-ceramic veneers, allowing for even more precise and personalised results.

Here is how the CEREC CAD/CAM technology veneer manufacturing process works:

Scanning:

During the first visit to the dentist, the patient’s teeth are scanned using a scanner, which creates an accurate 3D image of the teeth and mouth.

Design:

The dentist uses CAD software to design the veneers. He or she can customise their shape, size, colour and other features to fit the patient’s teeth perfectly.

Milling:

Once the design is completed, the data is transferred to a computer that controls a numerical milling machine. The milling machine mills the ceramic block veneers based on the exact specifications created in the design stage.

Bonding:

In the final stage, the veneers are permanently bonded to the patient’s teeth using a special cement.
